The 2022 harvest was small, but excellent fruit. Brix at Harvest 21. Cold fermented, whole cluster in stainless steel tanks. We naturally capture the gas which gives this wine its sparkle.
Tasting Notes
As we like to say “Italian Breakfast Wine” is simple and easy to drink. The aroma is full of lemon blossoms, jasmine, and tropical notes. Flavors of cantaloupe, floral, and citric tones fill your mouth. A soft, but balanced finish, crisp, delicate, and easy to drink.
Pairs well with breakfast, lunch, and light dinner. A great dessert wine.
