Our 2021 is a stellar example of why Lodi can make incredible wines. Picked at 24. And 26 brix. The grapes cold soaked for 3 days, before a 10-day fermentation in small lots. The wine was aged in American Oak barrels for 16 months, at which time secondary fermentation occurs. Filtered and bottled, ready to drink. We add 2% Petit Sirah for color.

Tasting Notes

“This wine is fresh, vibrant with aromas of dried cherry, strawberry cream, and cinnamon spice. The palate offers raspberry, black-cherry cream soda and dried sage wrapped aroundmocha and a juicy finish. Pair with Buffalo wings.”
